That is up to you. We encourage people to come as they are and not feel that they need to "dress up" their appearance. The gospel of Jesus Christ means that your "heart," or inner person, needs addressing first and foremost. Everything else flows from that.
We believe that God wants us to come to him as a family. That means we ALL come to him as His children, with all our weaknesses and shortcomings; and the wonderful picture of that reality is our earthly family. We believe it is a parent's calling to nurture faith in the children whom God has entrusted to them. Sending them off to a class may seem convenient, but children need and want to be with Mommy and Daddy, especially in worship.
"Reformed" refers to our beliefs. It means we follow the teachings of the Bible as summarized by the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Larger and Shorter Catechisms. The Reformed view is, in our view, the most consistent and throughly biblical set of beliefs found in Christianity today and throughout history. Not really. We do belong to a Korean denomination, but we are in an English-speaking presbytery. A presbytery is a group of pastors and churches within our denomination. At this time we have an ethnic make-up that is diverse, but mainly Asian. Ethnic make-up doesn't matter to us, because it doesn't matter to Christ.
We sing "hymns, psalms and spiritual songs" to worship God. Music is important to us, but more important is the meaning of the words we sing. Hymns may sound "old," but they have much depth. Some modern praise songs are good as well, so we try to use the best of each genre.
